FAQs

1. What kind of creative work do you specialize in?

My main specialty is digital advertising. Campaigns, concepts, activations, social media, mobile, rebranding — anything that calls for a stronger digital presence, I’m in. Copywriting is my core skill, but I also have a sharp eye for design, motion graphics, 2D, and 3D.

2. Do you write UX copy or product messaging?

Yes. I’ve been writing UX copy and product messaging for over six years, mainly at Recharge.com. I’m certified in UX Writing through How Bootcamps — a course led by Bruno Rodrigues, one of Brazil’s leading voices in the field. From onboarding flows to transactional microcopy, I focus on clarity, tone, and brand consistency throughout the user journey.

3. What’s your experience with strategy or creative direction?

Strategy has always been a core part of my work. Over the past decade, I’ve shaped campaigns and activations by grounding them in brand truths and human insights. Concept is key — but making it hold across formats, channels, and behaviours is what makes it work. I’ve directed brand transformation efforts at Recharge.com and led creative teams for fashion and retail accounts at Escala.

4. Can you help launch or reposition a brand?

Yes. I led a full brand revamp for Recharge.com in 2024 as Creative Lead, covering tone of voice, colour systems, imagery guidelines, and visual language. I’ve also done freelance naming and repositioning work for brands like O Boticário and Mahau, helping them shape how new products show up in the world.

5. Can you help develop or evolve a brand voice?

Yes. I can lead full brand voice revamps, defining how a brand expresses itself, with clear guidelines on tone, language, do’s and don’ts, and usage across different channels. Voice is how a brand thinks out loud. I help make sure it sounds right.

6. Do you work with AI tools or creative automation?

I’ve been using AI in creative work since 2020, starting with Quillbot. As these tools evolved, I’ve integrated them into my workflows for everything from traffic management and concept development to content testing. Some of my go-to tools today are ChatGPT (for ideation and writing), Midjourney (for visual concepts), Perplexity (for research), and lately, Veo 3 (for video). I’m always exploring ways to make these tools work harder for the creative process, not replace it.

7. Are you available for freelance or contract work right now?

Yes. I’m currently open to full-time, freelance, and fractional roles as a Creative Lead or Senior Copywriter, remote or Amsterdam-based.

8. Where are you based, and do you work remotely?

I’m based in Amsterdam, and I work with clients across Europe, the US, and LATAM. Remote or hybrid.

9. Do you lead teams or work solo?

Both. I’ve led creative teams across South America and Europe — in-house and on the agency side. I also work solo when needed, offering creative consulting and copywriting directly to brands.

10. Do you work directly with brands or only through agencies?

Both. I collaborate with global agencies, startups, scale-ups, and internal brand teams, as long as there’s room for good ideas and space to push them.

11. What industries or brands do you have experience with?

I’ve worked with tech, lifestyle, FMCG, fintech, and entertainment brands, including Umbro, Instagram, Nestlé, Sony, and AmBev. I like briefs that mix ambition with creative freedom.

12. How do you approach a new creative brief?

With curiosity. I dive deep into every brief, looking for tension, clarity, and unexpected angles. Whether it’s a launch or a rebrand, I always question the assumptions. That’s usually where the strongest ideas hide. And I do it in collaboration with the team: designers, strategists, leads, and clients.
